Job summary

The Trainee will qualify customer needs, demonstrate vehicles, and drive sales performance in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. A UK driving licence is required, and you will be organised, well-presented and capable of excellent customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a selling-based, process-driven role is preferred.
• Must be highly motivated with a determination to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• You must be a good communicator with strong customer interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers, qualify needs and demonstrate vehicles.
• Achieve and maintain high levels of new and used vehicle sales, including add-ons.
• Maximise every sales opportunity for repeat and new business.
