The Role: Trainee Sales Executive

Salary: £12.25 per hour + bonus

Location: Widnes

Hours: 40 hours, 5 days out of 7, including weekends

Program Length: Typically 12 months

• Must have a full UK driving licence

What will you be doing?

• The program runs for approximately twelve months with flexible learning modules
• Upon successful completion, you will advance to a Sales Executive role earning £40,000 OTE
• Support from a previous Trainee Sales Executive as your buddy
• Shadow experienced Sales Executives and receive feedback
• Experience various departments on-site, including Customer & Preparation
• Visit other stores to share best practices
• Participate in regular knowledge quizzes with peers
