Confidential is looking for a driven Trainee Sales Executive to join a growing team in the UK. No prior experience is required as training will provide essential skills and knowledge to guide you through the sales process.

The role focuses on maximizing inbound and outbound leads while delivering excellent customer service. Basic salary starts at £18,500 with a guaranteed £500 monthly bonus and an achievable OTE of £27,500–£30,000.

Qualifications

• Experience in car insurance sales is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Able to think strategically and to lead.
• Strong customer service orientation and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Providing accurate information on products that is clear, fair, and not misleading and in line with our commitment to Treating Customers Fairly
• Building relationships and trust with customers effectively
• Meeting and exceeding individual and company targets across sales and quality assurance
• Contribute positively to the team and success of the company
• Recruit, mentor and develop new starters and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
