Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills required.
• Comfortable using IT systems including Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face welcoming customers to the store.
• Support the vehicle collection process and paperwork.
• Resolve customer issues to ensure a smooth experience.
• Contact customers to arrange or amend collection dates.
• Upsell products and services where appropriate.
• Complete twelve months of training covering products and sales techniques.
