Job summary

Optima UK INC Ltd in Leicester, LE4, is seeking a Trainee CAD Operative to join a fast-paced design team. You will transpose customer artwork, needs and designs into final production and learn CAD workflows.

The role focuses on producing customer drawings, interpreting descriptions, and creating visuals for manufacture. A hands-on attitude and willingness to learn are essential as you develop your CAD skills in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2D CAD software experience preferred (school/college acceptable).
• Good problem-solving and initiative.
• Strong IT and PC skills required.
• Confident, eager to learn and adaptable.

Job Type: Full Time / Permanent (Mon to Fri 07:00-15:30)
