Position Overview:

We are seeking a Trainee CAD Designer / Laser Scanner to join our CAD team at The Heath, Runcorn. The successful candidate will receive training and mentorship to develop skills in CAD design and 3D laser scanning of sites.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate laser scanning equipment on-site.
2. Process scan data and create 3D models.
3. Develop drawings and models using CAD software.
4. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project needs.

Requirements:

1. Full UK Manual Driving License.
2. Ability to stay overnight for surveys if needed.
3. Good ICT skills, including MS Office; CAD experience is a plus.
4. Previous experience in engineering, CAD, surveying, or laser scanning is beneficial but not required.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
