Trainee Business Development Manager

£25,000 Basic Salary £35,000 £40,000 OTE Year 1

Our client, based in Basildon, is looking for an ambitious and driven Trainee Business Development Manager to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in Leasing and Business Development. You don't necessarily need previous experience in the industry they're far more interested in the person, their attitude and their ambition to progress.

You'll receive approximately 9 12 months of structured training to develop your knowledge and skills before progressing towards a full Business Development position.

You'll also have the opportunity to attend networking events and client visits alongside experienced members of the team, giving you valuable exposure to relationship building, networking and business development from day one.

Duties & Responsibilities
