Arriva UK Bus Ltd is seeking a Trainee Bus Driver at our Darlington/Ashington depots. You will start with full paid training to obtain your PCV licence, then work with a mentor as you gain experience driving on rotating early/late shifts.

The role emphasizes service to the community, reliability, and customer care. The position offers progression opportunities, an onsite gym, and staff benefits as part of Arriva’s inclusive culture.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have been driving for a minimum of 6 months.
• No more than 6 points on your licence.
• Will need to pass an English comprehension test.
• Drug and alcohol test before your assessment.
• Shifts can start as early as 4AM and run up to ~1AM, with rotation.
