Job summary

Stagecoach Skye in Portree is recruiting a Trainee Bus Driver. No previous driving experience is required. You’ll be paid to train and Stagecoach will fund your PCV licence, enabling you to join our friendly Portree team and start a rewarding career in transport.

You’ll work from Broom Place, IV51 9HL, with shifts across 5 days in a 7 pattern. Training pays £15.27 per hour, rising to a £33,350 annual salary once qualified, based on 42 hours per week.

• Completing our industry leading training, securing your PCV licence followed by ongoing CPC training and professional development

What do you need to apply?

• You need to be 18 years old and hold a driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
• Right to work in the UK (You will need to have been in the UK for a minimum of 183 days as a part of DVLA requirement)
• A patient, safe and courteous approach to driving
• Being the face of Stagecoach, a positive, friendly attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service
• A willingness to learn and be part of a brilliant team
