Job summary

Specialist Passenger Solutions Limited is recruiting professional drivers to transport workers to the Sizewell C site in Suffolk. You will be part of SPS, delivering safe, reliable journeys and upholding high service standards while representing the company values.

The role offers contracted 39 hours per week with shifts from 04:00 to 23:00, starting at £15.00 per hour during training and rising to £15.75 when qualified. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence held for at least 24 months.
• People skills: friendly, reliable and service‑oriented.
• Flexible schedule: able to work a range of shifts from earlies to lates.

SPS was formed in 2016 and serves the passenger transport needs of the EDF Nuclear Project at Hinkley Point C (HPC) in Bridgwater, the largest construction project in Europe. We are the only transport provider for the thousands of people who go to the construction site daily to work or visit. We are now bringing this experience to Sizewell C in Suffolk, providing safe, reliable, and efficient transport for its workforce.

About the Role

As part of Specialist Passenger Solutions, you’ll play a vital role in safely and efficiently transporting workers to and from the Sizewell C construction site, helping to keep one of the UK’s largest infrastructure projects running smoothly. You’ll deliver exceptional service, maintain the highest safety standards, and represent SPS values at all times.

Hours: Contracted 39 hours per week. Shifts time will vary between 04:00 and 23:00. You will be working any 5 days from 7. Salary: £15.00ph whilst training, then £15.75 once qualified.
