Job summary

SPS Bus in Sizewell is seeking a Parking Support Officer to enforce car parking across Sizewell ACA and surrounding sites, delivering excellent customer service in all weather conditions. You will validate permits, monitor compliance, and engage with local residents and stakeholders.

This 39-hour contract offers £15.00 per hour with shifts 5 from 7 between 04:30 and 23:00. BPSS/DBS checks will be required. Commitment to safeguarding and professional conduct is essential.

Parking Support OfficerWorking hours – Shifts will be any 5 from 7 between the hours of 04:30-23:00.We are seeking an individual with strong customer service and interpersonal skills to enforce allocated car parking activities across Sizewell ACA, Northern and Southern Park and Ride sites (Darsham, Wickham Market), as well as within designated local community locations.The role requires a proactive, customer‐focused approach, engaging positively with local residents, businesses, and community stakeholders to address parking concerns, support compliance, and minimise disruption.
