Specialist Passenger Solutions (SPS) is recruiting a Parking Support Officer to enforce parking permits and support Sizewell C workforce transport. The role is outdoors, involves daily patrols, and interaction with local residents and businesses.
Shifts are 5 from 7, between 04:30 and 23:00, on a 39-hour contract with £15.00 per hour. You will work at SZC Parking sites and local community locations in a 24/7 operation.

We are the only transport provider for the thousands of people who go to the construction site daily to work or visit. We are now bringing this experience to Sizewell C in Suffolk, providing safe, reliable, and efficient transport for its workforce.

Parking Support Officer
Working hours – Shifts will be any 5 from 7 between the hours of 04:30-23:00.
We are seeking an individual with strong customer service and interpersonal skills to enforce allocated car parking activities across Sizewell ACA, Northern and Southern Park and Ride sites (Darsham, Wickham Market), as well as within designated local community locations.
The role requires a proactive, customer‑focused approach, engaging positively with local residents, businesses, and community stakeholders to address parking concerns, support compliance, and minimise disruption. Through professional conduct and effective communication, you will ensure that SPS and SZC are represented in a positive, responsible, and community‑minded manner at all times.
