Dalkia is seeking a Building Fabric Maintenance Operative Trainee to join our Sizewell B team. This fixed-term contract offers hands-on learning with a clear path to an apprenticeship in September 2027.

You'll work alongside experienced tradespeople, gaining practical skills across a wide range of building maintenance activities, while emphasising safety and teamwork. Prior experience is not required; attitude and willingness to learn are key.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; enthusiasm, commitment and a willingness to learn are key.
• Keen to develop a career in Building Fabric Maintenance.
• Works well as part of a team and communicates well.

Responsabilités

• General building and civils maintenance.
• Dry lining and stud partitioning.
• Tiling and floor coverings.
• Minor roof repairs.
• Grounds maintenance.
• Basic plumbing.
• Shuttering and concrete work.
• Minor painting and general building repairs.
• Supporting experienced tradespeople across the site.
