Qualifications

• Experience in construction, property, engineering or surveying.
• Interest in Building Regulations and compliance.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Assist with site inspections and compliance assessments.
• Support plan checking and review of technical documentation.
• Learn and apply Building Regulations and associated legislation.
• Prepare reports and inspection notes.
• Attend site visits alongside experienced surveyors.
• Develop technical knowledge through structured training and mentoring.
