Responsibilities

• Assist with daily mortuary workload and office duties.
• Maintain and quality-check patient demographics and records.
• Organise mortuary diaries and relevant paperwork.
• Use document management systems and ensure GDPR compliant records.
• Liaise with the Mortuary & Bereavement Team and relatives where appropriate.
• Support the team with investigations and responding to complaints in line with policy.
• Maintain mortuary equipment and keep the workspace tidy and compliant.
