The role involves clinical triage, history taking, examination, formulating differential diagnoses, interpreting investigations and developing management plans, while providing clinical leadership, teaching, audit and service

Qualifications

• Clinical triage, history taking, and exam skills.
• Ability to interpret investigations and develop management plans.
• Leadership, education and mentorship within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across pathways with MDT involvement.
• Lead care across outpatient, inpatient, and clinic settings.
• Deliver evidence-based care and contribute to governance and audit.
• Assess, triage and prioritise patients, referring as needed to senior colleagues.
• Provide autonomous expert clinical care within scope of practice.
