Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust is recruiting an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join the Medical Same Day Emergency Care (MSDEC) team at The Alexandra Hospital. You will work autonomously within a fast-paced service, delivering expert assessment, decision-making and treatment while supporting senior clinicians and developing the ACP-led workforce.

The role emphasises clinical excellence, safety, and leadership with flexible working options and ongoing professional development

Formación

• Nursing degree or equivalent qualification and a MSc in Advanced Practice.
• Competence in managing acute illness and injury; updated life-support provider credentials.
• Non-Medical Prescribing is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert clinical assessment, decision-making and treatment as part of the Urgent Care team.
• Lead and influence clinical practice across the Trust.
• Act as an expert resource within Urgent Care ensuring safety and quality.
• Support leadership development within the department and staff.
