An exciting opportunity has arisen to join GMMH Home Based Treatment Team and Urgent Care services in Central Manchester as a Trainee Advanced Practitioner.
The Advanced Clinical Practitioner will be a senior clinical member of the multi-disciplinary Home Based Treatment Team at Central Manchester, providing short-term intensive community support to help stabilise individuals and prevent hospital admissions. The team engages assertively with service users to manage crises while minimising disruption to their lives. The role will also support the Urgent Care senior leadership team with developments and education across the division.
Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioners will develop into autonomous, independent practitioners who will lead in care delivery with advanced skills in assessment, diagnosis, formulation, and treatment. In addition to these clinical leadership skills, the successful candidate will lead on research, education, and training across the service.
