An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner.
The successful applicant will be a Registered Allied Health Professional or Nurse with considerable clinical experience.
The post holder will be an active senior leader for the inpatient service, offering leadership and guidance to the wider team and will be involved in service development work. You will provide clinical interventions and work closely with the team to give clinical direction and oversight, provide supervision and develop a training program for the inpatient clinical staff.
A thorough understanding of the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Human Rights Act will be essential to the role as these will provide the framework for all consideration.
