• Excellent leadership, management and communication skills.
• Competence in Non-Medical Prescribing is required if supported by the regulator.
• Trainee ACP will undertake MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice.
• Experience across Care of the Elderly and Acute Frailty services.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical leadership within Care of the Elderly and Acute Frailty service.
• Support senior clinicians and guide junior medical and nursing staff in protocols and procedures.
• Contribute to service delivery and adherence to policy and procedures within the unit.
