A leading insurance service provider seeks a Trainee Account Executive to join the Community Broking team in Taunton. This role focuses on achieving business income targets through client advice, relationship management, and sales. Lloyd & Whyte, who are proudly part of Benefact Group, are looking for a Trainee Account Executive to join our Community Broking team, based in their Taunton office.
This role will be part of a personalised development and training plan, with a view to progressing to Account Executive level within a 12-18 month period; the ideal next step for those wishing to progress within their insurance career.

The core purpose of this role will be to help deliver existing and new business income targets, focusing on the provision of expert client advice, relationship building and sales as well as pipeline management supporting the business strategy.
