Job summary

Hitachi Rail is seeking a Train Presentation Supervisor based in Bristol at Stoke Gifford Train Maintenance Centre. The role oversees KPI-driven train presentation quality for Class 800 rolling stock, including cleaning services and contractor coordination. It is a permanent role with a rotating night shift.

You will drive KPI inspections, reports, and compliance with safety and environmental licences, contributing to continuous service improvements and PDP development.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery of service quality and audits.
• Good written and verbal communications skills.
• Good report writing skills necessary.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel).
• Understanding of health and safety requirements in a working environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and record daily KPI inspections in accordance with IEP contract.
• Support KPI assessments and audits.
• Produce daily and periodic KPI reports for Operations Management.
• Maintain KPI records in SAP and wider systems.
• Oversee cleaning services and cleaning contractors.
• Monitor train presentation teams to maintain standards and complete duties.
• Ensure stock rotation and safety of cleaning materials.
• Develop and maintain procedures for cleaning, grounds and waste services on site.
