Job summary

Southeastern Railway is seeking a Train Presentation Coordinator at Gillingham Engineering Depot to help maintain high presentation standards. You will identify and resolve issues like graffiti, non-operational toilets, and environmental concerns, coordinating with the Engineering Planning Team to keep the fleet clean, functional and ready for service.

You will lead daily reviews of the Train Presentation App, generate reports, and ensure accurate presentation data across depots and yards, while

Qualifications

• Solid English reading, writing and numeracy skills.
• Experience with computer-based systems such as EMS, Word and Excel.
• Customer-focused with an understanding of passenger experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Engineering Planning to plan units with graffiti or toilets issues.
• Lead daily review of Train Presentation App and communicate requirements to depots and sidings.
• Generate location-specific servicing task lists and ensure on-time completion.
