Salary: £35,573 15% Shift allowance £3000 Location allowance Permanent contract
In this exciting role, you will be responsible to maintain and improve the quality and delivery of train presentation operations on our fleet of Class 800 rolling stock for the Intercity Express Program on the GWR West Main Line. This is a permanent role working on a rotating night shift basis.
Experience in delivery of service quality and audits. Good written and verbal communications skills. Good report writing skills necessary Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, word, excel. An understanding of health and safety requirements of a working environment Manage resources to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures including but not limited to recruitment, staff performance, training, development and appraisals.
