Job summary

Greenpark is a global, award-winning digital agency seeking a proactive Resourcing professional to own capacity planning across EMEA. You will run the weekly resourcing rhythm, coordinate bookings, and manage freelance engagement while safeguarding process integrity and utilization.

You will partner with PMs, client services, and department heads to balance priorities, track spend, and ensure accurate resourcing data. A 3–5 year background in agency resourcing is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of resourcing or studio traffic in a busy agency.
• Ability to cast judgement and prioritise demands across multiple teams.
• Comfortable working with data and using AI/tools to improve reporting and processes.

Responsibilities

• Chair the weekly resource meeting and run capacity reviews; drive actions to close gaps.
• Attend the weekly briefing and turn briefs/pipeline changes into bookings.
• Maintain Paprika accurately; ensure proper naming conventions and pipeline stages.
• Allocate freelance vs internal resources to meet business priorities and budgets.
• Track freelance spend; report spend and utilization across regions.
