Job summary

MadiganGill Ltd in High Wycombe is seeking a CPCS/NPORS Traffic Marshall for a large site with long-term work on behalf of the main contractor. You will record deliveries, manage the visitor log, and bank vehicles at the site entrance, while following Traffic Management plans and coordinating with site operatives.

The role requires a valid CPCS card, a Traffic Marshall ticket, and full PPE, plus reliability, punctuality, and strong communication to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

Our specialist Trades & Labour team are seeking CPCS/NPORS Traffic Marshall's for a large job in High Wycombe.

Long term work available

Working on behalf of the main contractor you will be responsible for:

• Recording deliveries and monitoring the visitors log book


• Banking vehicles through the site entrance


• Following Site Traffic Management plans


• Communicating effectively with site and plant operatives


• Monitoring pedestrian routes and safety zones

A Traffic Marshall must:

• Hold a CPCS card.


• Hold a Traffic Marshall ticket.


• Have full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment - Hard Hat, boots, hi-vis, gloves & goggles).


• Be hard working, reliable and punctual.


• Have good communication skills and be able to work alone on your own initiative or as part of a team.
