Job summary

Reliable Contractors Limited is seeking a Traffic Marshall for an ongoing assignment on the Teesside project in Redcar (TS10 5QW). Day shifts Mon-Fri, 07:00-17:00, with overtime options (Time and a Third on weekdays, Time and a Half on weekends).

Must hold a CPCS A73 Plant and Vehicle Marshaller and be able to communicate clearly by radio to direct vehicles and plant. You will marshal vehicles, liaise with drivers and site personnel, follow traffic management plans and observe health and safety

Qualifications

• CPCS Card with A73 Plant and Vehicle Marshaller requirement.
• Understanding of traffic marshal duties and responsibilities.
• Experience directing vehicles and radio communication to guide vehicles and plant safely.
• Good spoken and written English.

• Communicate clearly with drivers, plant operators and site personnel.
• Follow site traffic management plans and instructions.

• Start Date: As soon as possible following successful vetting checks, medical and on-site induction

Must Have

• Full understanding of the duties and responsibilities of a Traffic Marshall
• Experience directing vehicles and radio communication to direct vehicles and plant safely
• Good understanding of spoken and written English

Role and Responsibilities

• Marshal vehicles and plant machinery safely

• Follow site traffic management plant and instructions

Shifts

• Working Days: Monday - Friday
• Shift Pattern: Day Shifts, 07:00 - 17:00

Overtime

• Monday to Friday: Time and a Third
• Weekends: Time and a Half

• Moving Plant Vehicles: Maintain safe segregation and follow site traffic management protocols
