Randstad UK CPE team is recruiting a Traffic Marshall for a residential project in Banbury. The role involves guiding vehicles and heavy machinery, using signals, and ensuring traffic flow according to plans on a busy construction site.

You must hold a valid NPORS or CPCS card with Traffic Marshall endorsement, have site experience, and provide a recent work reference. A proactive safety mindset and clear communication are essential for this temporary assignment.

Qualifications

• Valid NPORS or CPCS Card (Traffic Marshall).
• Experience as a Traffic Marshall on utility or large-scale construction sites.
• A recent, checkable work reference is essential.
• A proactive approach to site safety and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guiding vehicles and heavy machinery through designated routes to ensure smooth traffic flow.
• Using hand signals, signs, and radios to communicate clearly with drivers and operators.
• Monitoring the site for obstructions or unsafe conditions and taking immediate action to mitigate risks.
• Implementing established traffic management plans and ensuring the safety of pedestrians at crossing points.
• Assisting with site security to deter unauthorized access and maintaining accurate records of traffic flow or incidents.
• Participating in toolbox talks and reporting any safety hazards to site management.

Randstad UK CPE team is currently recruiting Traffic Marshall for a residential project in Banbury

• Job Title: Traffic Marshall (Construction)
• Location: Banbury-OX16
• Pay Rate: 16.00 - 17.00 per hour
• Temp- 2 weeks work
