Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is seeking Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join our UK-based teams. You will work on sites with direct and sub-contract labour, meeting targets and deadlines. Duties include setting up traffic lights, managing flow, and reading CAD drawings.

Candidates should have a Lantra 12D M5 qualification, be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol check, and have Right to Work in the UK. Team players preferred for reliable operation across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in traffic management operations.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Reliable and a good attitude to work.
• Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Set up temporary traffic lights at required roads.
• Manage traffic flow at temporary signals and ensure public compliance.
• Report issues to site or operations manager.
• Maintain and remove traffic management within required time scales.
• Ensure safe working practices per RAMS and method statements.
