Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives across UK sites. The role involves setting up traffic control, managing flows, and ensuring safety on site with RAMS compliance.

Ideal candidates will hold the 12D M5 Lantra qualification and be able to pass a drugs and alcohol check, with a right to work in the UK. Team players preferred for busy roadwork environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in traffic management roles or similar site-based roles.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Commitment to health and safety practices on site.

Responsibilities

• Set up temporary traffic lights and manage traffic flow at worksites.
• Ensure safe and compliant operation in line with RAMS and Method Statements.
• Report faults and defects in plant and equipment to site/operations management.
• Work with direct or sub-contract labour to meet targets and deadlines.
