Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives for UK sites. You will be involved in setting up traffic control measures, reading CAD drawings, and coordinating with direct and sub-contract labour to meet targets.

Role requires M5 Lantra approved qualification and the ability to pass a Drugs & Alcohol check, with a focus on safety and reliable performance across dynamic site environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in traffic management roles.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• M5 Lantra qualified and eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required.
• Managing traffic flow at temporary lights to ensure public safety.
• Reading RAMS and reporting any defects or issues to site/operations manager.
• Setting up traffic lights and assisting with traffic diversions to maintain smooth flow.
• Ensuring safe working practices and compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act.
