Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting for Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives in the UK. The role involves setting up temporary traffic lights, managing traffic flow, and ensuring public safety according to CAD drawings and RAMS.

You will work with direct and subcontract labour to meet targets. Ideal candidates will have a 12D M5 Lantra qualification (or willingness to obtain), be able to pass a drugs and alcohol check, and have the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Setting up temporary traffic lights as required.
• Manage traffic flow at temporary lights and ensure public compliance.
• Report issues to site or operations manager promptly.
• Read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintain and remove traffic management within deadlines.
• Assist with traffic diversions and contribute to safe work practices.
