They will manage a growing multi-disciplinary team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in compliance with local and national standards, health and safety requirements, and best practice.

The successful candidate will oversee contractors and project partners, drive innovation and continuous improvement, including the use of emerging technologies such as AI, and build effective relationships with colleagues, elected members and key stakeholders. They will also play a pivotal role in developing and supporting their team, fostering a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture whilst contributing to long-term improvements that benefit communities across the region.
