Job summary

Welsh Water is seeking an Utilities Planner in Nelson, Caerphilly, to manage day-to-day traffic management schemes and ensure accurate logging on Total Mobile and operations boards. You will collaborate with depots and subcontractors to deliver excellent service on the contract.

The role requires IT literacy, strong administrative skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the Account Manager and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role would be highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Organised team player who can work under pressure by using their own initiative to meet day to day demands of the position.
• IT literate and excellent administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Log and record activities on Total Mobile and Operations boards and manage work orders.
• Monitor and update daily/weekly whereabouts and planned works; ensure information is accessible to foremen and management.
• Provide excellent service by meeting SLA and client requirements; report customer feedback.
• Co-ordinate with depot and subcontractors; ensure accurate billing and reporting for the contract.
