Qualifications

• Knowledge of exchange-traded derivatives trade lifecycle
• Experience with major futures exchanges
• Experience with market data providers (Bloomberg, Refinitiv)
• Understanding of MiFID II, EMIR and FCA guidelines
• Proactive, self-motivated with deadline-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Ensure business requirements are understood at all levels of delivery.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Assist with troubleshooting across development, support and technical users.
• Serve as SME for trading systems initiatives.
• Communicate with business, development, QA, infrastructure and production support teams.
• Map RFQ, order and trade lifecycles to improve quality and efficiency across trading systems.
• Deliver scalable algorithmic trading technology in a compliant and flexible way.
• Experience with algo regulation, audit and compliance (MiFID II/RTS6) is desirable
