Job summary

VirtueTech Recruitment Group is seeking a Front Office Business Analyst for an energy trading client in London. You will sit closely with energy traders, brokers and SMEs, leading requirements gatherings and facilitating workshops to deliver business change.

The role covers energy trading processes across Power, Gas, LNG, Renewables and Environmental Products, with exposure to ETRM implementations and onboarding of new products. London-based with three days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for front office trading teams.
• Strong understanding of energy trading processes and conventions.
• Ability to facilitate workshops with traders, brokers and SMEs.
• Experience supporting user acceptance testing and transition to new tools.
