Job summary

A leading FinTech trading firm in London seeks a Technical Business Analyst to enhance their trading systems. This collaborative role will involve working with product, engineering, and clients to deliver new functionality across asset classes. Candidates should have 1–5 years of experience in fintech or financial markets, a relevant degree, and strong analytical skills. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex trading systems with tier-1 banks and hedge funds.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years' experience in a fintech, SaaS, financial markets or a trading environment.
• Degree with financial exposure.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and manage client requests (enhancements, issues, queries).
• Work closely with Product teams to define and refine requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
• Test analytical software features.
• Contribute to automation and testing coverage.
• Help improve engineering standards.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
