Job summary

AJ Bell is hiring for a webchat and customer support role in the UK. You will respond to webchats, calls, and emails, ensuring queries are resolved in line with SLAs and compliance policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (A*-C) including Maths and English.
• Excellent customer service skills with a polite and professional telephone manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle webchat, inbound calls and emails for AJ Bell and Dodl customers.
• Adhere to service levels and compliance policies; use secure messaging system.
• Fully participate in training and ongoing support to grow knowledge and capability.
• Career development and study support for professional qualifications.
