Job summary

Millennium is seeking a Trading Application Support Analyst to provide Level 1 and 2 production support for Fixed Income and Commodities trading systems in the EMEA region. The role involves supporting proprietary and external trading platforms, testing algorithms with Portfolio Manager teams, and driving incident resolution.

We expect strong SQL skills, experience with Unix/Windows, and knowledge of Python or Java with API concepts.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in trade support or business analysis within a sell-side, buy-side, or trading firm environment.
Experience supporting Fixed Income and derivatives trading platforms (Bloomberg, TT, Tradeweb, BidFX, WebICE) is advantageous.
Exposure to multiple asset classes including fixed income and derivatives is beneficial.
Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Unix/Windows environments.
Knowledge of Python or Java and API concepts (HTTP/REST) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 production support for Fixed Income, Commodities, and FX trading systems for EMEA teams.
Support proprietary electronic and algorithmic trading platform testing, requirements, and algorithm implementation with Portfolio Manager teams.
Resolve trade and application issues across platforms and coordinate resolutions.
Identify and automate manual processes to improve efficiency and controls.
Manage incidents and changes with clear documentation and knowledge-base content.
