Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in application / production / front-office support.
• Strong Python and/or Bash scripting skills.
• Solid SQL / relational database experience (Postgres or similar).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support live trading and transaction systems.
• Troubleshoot alerts, incidents, and production issues.
• Manage scheduled changes and automated processes.
• Collaborate with infra teams to drive automation and improvements.
• Support continuous platform stability and performance.

Skills
