Job summary

Invenire Group in London is seeking a hands‑on Trade Support and Investment Operations professional at an exciting early stage. You will work closely with the investment team and management on trade execution, settlement, and operational workflow in a dynamic hedge fund environment.

The role offers exposure to multiple aspects of the business and opportunities to develop beyond a traditional trade support position, with a salary range of £75,000–£95,000 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in trade support, middle office or investment operations, ideally in hedge funds or asset management.
• Good understanding of financial products and trade lifecycle, exposure to fixed income/equities/derivatives is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to interpret trading activity beyond operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the investment team across trade execution, booking, confirmation and settlement.
• Monitor trading activity, positions, cash balances and P&L; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Liaise with prime brokers, counterparties, custodians and fund administrators for smooth trade lifecycle management.
