Job summary

Conrad Energy is recruiting a Trading Operations Coordinator based in Abingdon. You will coordinate maintenance schedules, outages and optimisation activities across our fleet of power stations, serving as the liaison between Trading, Operations and Field Engineers.

You will manage communications with field teams, support compliance and trade reconciliation, and deliver timely performance reporting to optimisation customers. A structured, proactive approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong administrative or coordination experience in a busy office or operations environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central coordination point between Trading, Operations and Field Engineering teams.
• Attend Operations team meetings on behalf of Trading and capture updates.
• Coordinate planned outages and maintenance activities with Field Engineers.
• Monitor multiple workstreams and ensure changes are documented and communicated.
