From day one you will work with Traders, Portfolio Managers and external counterparties to learn the full trade lifecycle in a fast-paced hedge fund environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate or school-leaver with strong numerical ability.
• Excellent command of numbers and data analysis.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Eagerness to learn and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day trading operations across asset classes.
• Reconcile trades, positions, and cash with internal and external parties.
• Learn full trade lifecycle from capture to settlement.
• Collaborate with Traders, PMs, and operations teams.
• Monitor settlements, actions, and market-driven ops.
• Assist with onboarding and project work for platform enhancements.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Contribute to daily controls and risk awareness.
