Job summary

Jain Global LLC in London is seeking a Trading Operations Analyst to support end-to-end trade lifecycle, reconciliations, and operational controls across multiple asset classes.

You will collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Finance, Prime Brokers, custodians, and fund administrators to resolve breaks, automate workflows, and contribute to onboarding and new product launches in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• 0–9 years of experience in trading operations or middle office within asset management, hedge funds, or banks.
• Strong trade reconciliation and break resolution experience.
• Experience supporting multiple asset classes (equities, derivatives, FX, FI, listed products).
• Understanding of trade lifecycle, settlement, and operational controls.
• Experience with Prime Brokers, custodians, fund administrators, or outsourced middle office providers.
• Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel; OMS/PMS platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily trade, position, and cash reconciliations across multiple asset classes.
• Investigate and resolve trade, settlement, and cash breaks with internal teams and counterparties.
• Support full trade lifecycle: capture, allocation, settlement, and exception management.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Finance, Operations, Prime Brokers, custodians, and fund administrators.

The estimated base salary range for this position is £100,000- £120,000 which is specific to London and may change in the future.
