Job description

We are working with a leading global hedge fund looking to add to its Operations / Trade Support team in London.

This is a broad, high-impact role offering close interaction with investment and trading teams, exposure across multiple asset classes and the opportunity to take on responsibilities beyond traditional Trade Support.

The firm is particularly interested in candidates with:

• 1-4 years' strong Trade Support or Middle Office experience
• Strong academics and a genuine interest in financial markets
• Buy-side experience preferred, although strong investment banking backgrounds will also be considered
• Exposure across more than one area of operations, such as risk, treasury, projects, onboarding or process improvement
• An interest in automation, AI and improving operational processes
• SQL or other technical skills would be advantageous, but are not essential

For more experienced candidates, the firm will place greater emphasis on breadth of experience and the ability to operate across a wider range of responsibilities.
