Job summary

The Production Support Analyst role is centered on providing technical and operational support for Energy Trading & Risk Management platforms used by Front Office trading teams. This position will act as a key point of contact for traders, operations, and technology stakeholders, ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of trading applications.

Qualifications

• Strong ETRM/CTRM support experience within energy or commodity trading environments.
• Understanding of Front Office trading workflows, including trade capture, risk, scheduling, and settlements.
• Experience supporting physical and financial commodities such as power, gas, LNG, oil, and energy derivatives.
• Technical expertise across Windows, Linux/Unix, SQL, Oracle, and application infrastructure.
• Proven production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis experience.
• Exposure to regulated trading or commodity market environments.
