Trading & Hospitality Services play an important part of the customer experience for our students, staff and visitors whilst on campus. Delivering a unique quality offer through our restaurants, cafes, bars and shops, we aim to provide the highest levels of customer care. Our Hospitality Assistants work as part of a large team, working flexibly across campus. Hospitality Assistants can expect to work in any of our outlets from our cafes and bars to our retail outlets and on occasion opportunities in other customer facing roles. A high-quality service is expected across all our activities, from regular trading to large scale private functions and conferences. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic work environment.

Hours: Shift patterns vary to cover the business need, candidates must therefore be flexible and will be expected to work evenings and weekends.
