Job summary

Southern Hospice Group is seeking an administrative/operational support officer to provide professional customer service for the Trading team and shops in the Worthing/Hove area. The role covers public enquiries, deliveries, shop and warehouse coordination, and assistance with EPoS, stock control, banking and supplier administration.

You will handle inquiries by phone and email, arrange deliveries and collections, and work closely with Warehouse and Trading Managers to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer-focused administrative support.
• Ability to coordinate deliveries and handle enquiries by telephone and email.
• Comfort working with shop, warehouse operations and banking tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line customer service for public enquiries by phone and email.
• Coordinate furniture delivery and collection bookings.
• Support shop and warehouse operations including EPoS, stock control and supplier administration.
• Escalate issues to Trading Managers as needed.
