Job summary

Carey Group is seeking a energetic Trades and Labour Recruiter to lead resourcing across our civil engineering and construction projects in Glasgow. You will coordinate skilled operatives, onboarding and ensure compliance with CSCS and medicals.

You will build strong partnerships with Regional Operation Managers and site teams, maintain transparent labour allocation and continuously improve internal processes to support high performing project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in trades resourcing with civil engineering or construction
• Knowledge of compliance requirements (CSCS cards/Medicals etc)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure - and juggle competing priorities
• Proactive, project focused and highly organised

Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to for internal labour requests across designated regions
• Proactively source, allocate and onboard operatives whilst ensuring full compliance
• Build partnerships with Regional Operation Managers, Construction Managers and wider Operations teams
• Keep labor allocation smooth and transparent
• Continuously improve processes whilst growing our internal labour resource
