Contract Scotland is a recruitment consultancy that challenges how the recruitment industry works, offering a transparent service aimed at real value and lasting impact. We are expanding and seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to support our Senior Recruitment Consultant within the Building & Construction sector.

You’ll focus on finding, engaging and developing relationships with candidates, with training and mentorship provided in a people-centered environment.

Qualifications

• No prior recruitment experience required.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or another people-focused environment would be useful; you’ll be speaking with a wide range of people daily.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and engaging with candidates across a range of platforms.
• Conducting candidate outreach and building relationships with people in the industry.
• Writing and posting attractive job adverts and marketing opportunities.
• Reviewing and assessing CVs.
• Conducting first-stage candidate interviews.
• Marketing our roles and services through online platforms to build awareness of our business.
